LineDesign, based in Arnhem (the Netherlands), is responsible for processing personal data as described in this privacy policy.

1. What data do we collect?

Order data When you place an order, we store your name, email address, phone number, delivery address and order contents. This is necessary to process and deliver your order.

Customer account If you create an account, we store your name, email address and an encrypted password.

Newsletter If you sign up for the newsletter, we only store your email address.

Visitor data To see how our website is used, we anonymously record which pages are viewed, for how long and how far visitors scroll, which website or link you came from, the type of device, the browser, the screen width and the language of your browser, and the city and country you are roughly in. We also count actions such as adding something to the basket or searching the site. We only use your IP address at the moment of your visit to determine city and country, using a database on our own server. The IP address is not stored and not sent anywhere. To count visits, we store a random number in your browser's storage (see Cookies). It does not reveal who you are. We do not use tracking cookies or external analytics services such as Google Analytics.

1. How long do we keep your data?

• Order data is kept for as long as required by law (tax retention obligation: 7 years).
• Customer account data is kept as long as your account is active. You can ask for your account to be deleted.
• Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.
• Visit data (anonymous, without IP address) is kept for a maximum of 25 months, so we can compare one year with the previous one.

1. Do we share your data with third parties?

We only share your data with parties that are necessary for our service:

Mollie B.V. - payment processing When you pay via iDEAL or another payment method, your payment details are processed by Mollie. Mollie is based in the Netherlands and complies with the GDPR. See mollie.com/en/privacy.

Resend - email delivery Confirmation emails are sent via Resend. Resend processes your email address for this. See resend.com/legal/privacy-policy.

We never sell your data to third parties.

LineDesign uses functional cookies. We do not place tracking or advertising cookies.

Functional cookies are necessary for the website to work and do not require consent. The browser storage for visit statistics is analytical, anonymous and not shared with others; under the law no consent is required for this. If you do not want to be counted, you can clear or block your browser's storage for this website.

• Erasure - You can request deletion of your data.
• Objection - You can object to processing based on legitimate interest.

• Withdrawal of consent - You can withdraw consent for the newsletter at any time via the unsubscribe link in the email.

We take the security of your data seriously. Passwords are stored encrypted. The connection to our website is secured via HTTPS. Access to order data is limited to authorised administrators.

In case of doubt, the Dutch version of this privacy policy prevails.
