Care
Every piece is made and glazed by hand; small differences in colour and shape are part of it. Wash with a soft sponge and avoid abrasive cleaners. Don't take the piece from very cold to very hot in one go.
From the Feet series
Small dishes on three or four little feet, built by hand.

No potter's wheel was used for the Feet series. Marjolein builds each dish by hand: she shapes the bowl from a slab or a ball of clay and then adds loosely rolled little feet underneath, three or four.
That is why every dish stands slightly differently. One is a little lower, another a little more crooked, and that is exactly the idea. Handy for jewellery, salt or a tea bag, or simply put something beautiful in it.
